Structural Silo Liners
Internal & external structural reinforced concrete liners are provided by installing steel or GFRP reinforcing bars on the silo walls and placing concrete by utilizing proven gunite/shotcrete installation methods. The installation of a structural liner will extend the life of your facility for decades and provide added safety.
Spall & Crack Repair
Repairs cracked and delaminated concrete on the exterior and interior of your facility by cutting out and removing damaged areas, restoring the reinforcing steel and repairing the areas utilizing a cementitious patch material. Hoppers
RED Restoration can restore and resurface your existing sloped hoppers utilizing gunite/shotcrete installation methods. We will install new sloped hoppers in your silos to facilitate the removal of your product and minimize the necessity of dangerous bin entry situations to clean out the silo.
