Our Intrinsically Safe Networks are CSA-US certified. Our EthernetIP, ModbusTCP or ModbusRTU Interfaces connect the PLC to Intrinsically Safe Network. The systems can be interfaced to the customer PLC or DCS or we can provide a PLC and HMI. In Hazard Monitoring and Mill Monitoring, a network of Intelligent Junction Boards (IJBs) and sensors monitor bearings, belt alignment, etc. In Grain Temperature Monitoring, a network of Isolate Remote Thermocouple Multiplexers (IsoRTMs) monitor grain cable temperatures. The Compu-Watt weigh system provides inline continuous weighing for bucket elevators and conveyors.
