Brock Grain Systems

While auger sweeps typically leave an inch or two of grain on the bin floor, PaddleFlo Sweeps use durable rubber paddles to “pull” grain toward the center sump. The PaddleFlo 2500 has an open-end design that allows paddles to reach closer to the bin wall and clean out more grain from the bin perimeter. An exclusive tensioner/extender provides up to 12 inches of adjustability, making it easy to maintain paddle chain tension, as well as fine-tune sweep arm length.

The Brock TrueGrain™ Moisture Sensor System with Parallel Sensing Technology™ sends grain through a vertical chamber at a constant speed using a metering wheel. This uniform sensing area prevents fines and condensation from accumulating, which could distort measurements. The result is more consistent and accurate grain drying.

Brock’s easy-to-use INTUI-DRY® Dryer Controller automates grain drying to provide total dryer management. Web-based monitoring gives enhanced remote access through a personal computer, smartphone or tablet – anytime, nearly anywhere.

New Brock EVERLOC® Walkarounds and Mid-Roof Walkarounds provide safe, 360-degree access for equipment inspection and maintenance. Both systems are pre-engineered to install easily on new Brock EVEREST® Bins. EVERLOC Walkarounds can also be retrofitted on existing Brock bins with an EVERLOC Roof Mount System.
