Exchange Schedule

The Exchange features nearly 40 hours of education and over hundreds of exhibitors in the Expo Hall. To search for specific events or session types, please utilize the advanced search option by clicking on the Advanced Search tab with a search-glass image below. Build a personal conference schedule by utilizing the My Sessions tab located to the right of the Advanced Search tab. To view a full summary of scheduled events, utilize the dropdown box that reads summary view and select full view. Also available in the upper right hand corner of the schedule is the ability to export and print information. To view daily schedules, select the conference dates highlighted below in red text.

Saturday, March 24, 7-11 p.m.

Join fellow attendees at this year’s kick-off party, "Après Ski". Cozy up with fellow attendees as you network at the annual kick-off event for the conference. The event features a variety of hearty food stations, entertainment and a ski-themed photo opportunity. You can also explore the best of Colorado whiskeys or swing by the s'mores station for a tasty treat. 

Admission includes two drink tickets. The party is included in the attendee and companion full registrations and can also be purchased a la carte.

President's Banquet and Reception

President's Banquet and Reception

Tuesday, March 27, 5-8:30 p.m.

Delicious food, great conversation, and recognition of outstanding industry leaders make this closing event at Exchange 2018 highly memorable. The event will begin with a cocktail reception (drink tickets will be provided with purchase of a banquet ticket), followed by a three-course meal and a showdown of 60's musical stylings in Motones vs. Jerseys. The live entertainment features, song, dance and crowd interaction.

Banquet tickets are included in attendee and companion full registrations and can be purchased a la carte.

GEAPS Committee and Board Meetings

Most of the groups that govern or oversee GEAPS programs and services will meet during the Exchange. All of these meetings are open to GEAPS members. If you are not already participating as a leader in the organization, come and see for yourself what it takes to step up and make a difference.

Start the Exchange off on the right foot and head out for a short jaunt around Denver. There is no fee for the Fun Run, but please note if you’re attending by marking this event on the registration form.

Welcome Reception

Sunday, March 25, 4:30-6:00 p.m.

This Expo Hall event is open to everyone – all registered attendees, exhibitors and companions. Enjoy beverages and appetizers while you stroll through the trade show. The Welcome Reception is a great opportunity to network, do business or explore the hall with other attendees as the first day of the Expo comes to a close.

MillerCoors Post Conference Tour

Two groups of 10 will have an opportunity to take a private, specialized tour of the MillerCoors malting facility in in Golden, Colorado. Transportation will be provided, look for more information soon!
